QMF release single day tickets and playing dates
Queenscliff Music Festival has released single-day tickets and playing days for its 2024 music and art extravaganza.
The award-winning festival, to be held from November 22 to 24 this year, will celebrate live music, coastal locations, family-friendly activities, locally sourced gourmet produce, fine booze and more.
Opening night (Friday, November 22) will be headlined by globally recognised musician, activist and award-winning filmmaker Michael Franti and Spearhead.
Franti has earned three Billboard No. 1’s with triumphantly hopeful hits “Sound of Sunshine,” “Say Hey (I Love You)” and “I Got You,”.
Joining Frant and Spearhead on Friday will be energetic one-man band Bob Long III, Fools and The Stamps.
Saturday ticketholders will be treated to the sounds of New Zealand groovemaster Marlon Williams and 12-time award winning album winner Kasey Chambers.
Grace Cummings, Queenie, Rob Edwards, The Bures Band and The Meltdown will also feature.
Closing out the festival on Sunday will be Australian music great Xavier Rudd.
Rudd has spent more than 20 years touching souls with his multi-instrument talents and commitment to social and environmental rights.
Surf folk artist Jack Botts, Melbourne heavyweights Cash Savage & The Last Drinks, and The Wiggles Sound System featuring DJ Dorothy will also take the stage.
Single-day tickets for Friday are on sale for $109 for an adult, while Saturday and Sunday’s gate entry will cost at $139 and $119 respectively.
A three-day ticket will set adults back $299.
More acts are still to be announced and will be slowly rolled out in the coming months.
