THE Bellarine Hotel, formerly known as the Queenscliff Brewhouse, is slated to re-open its doors to the community this spring.

After an extensive renovation and under a proud new name, the venue at 2 Gellibrand Street is ready to start a new chapter and continue its proud local legacy.

The beautifully restored local pub is sure to be popular, serving Queenscliff and the entire Bellarine area.

Inside, guests will find the comfort and character of a true coastal pub, with warm timber interiors, inspired blue hues and a team off full of friendly faces.

Outside, the revamped beer garden will be where the pace slow and the pub’s charm shines.

Native landscaping, large umbrellas for shade and shelter, and a new expanded children’s play area fill the space wonderfully.

The Bellarine Hotel’s menu will feature pub food made for the coast, using fresh produce alongside favourites including local fish and chips, parmas, burgers and tasty snacks.

Venue manager Mitch Kovavic said staff couldn’t wait to welcome visitors back to this local legend with a new lease on life.

“The pub will be all about celebrating local, from the menu’s produce to featuring local music acts and supporting the community’s school and sporting clubs.

“And for anyone looking for somewhere to celebrate, we are now taking function enquiries for the upcoming sunny season.”

The on-site distillery will remain in full swing for lunch and seasonal gin tasting experiences.

As part of the relaunch, The Bellarine Hotel will host a Locals Preview Night for the community before the doors officially open.
