WARRALILY has officially turned the first sod at the estate’s newest neighbourhood, the prestigious Warralily Grange at Mount Duneed. Grange will see Warralily extend west across the Surf Coast Highway.

The Warralily Grange timeline has been brought forward to match land demand, as Warralily reports record sales at the close of the 2017/18 financial year, with 555 lots sold.
