Reusable mugs help save the environment

REUSABLE mugs for swimmers after the 10th annual Wreck2Reef swim has saved
around 500 single-use plastic cups.
Bellarine Catchment Network and Caring For Our Bays Program supported this year’s swim, and educated people on marine and intertidal values.
A significant addition to the program this year was the introduction of reusable mugs for swimmers after the swim – this saved around 500 single-use plastic cups.
The keep cups were also once again used at the coffee stand and continued to be very popular, saving around 200 single-use cups.
