Search continues for missing woman in Ocean Grove

Water and air units have been called in to support the search for a missing woman in Ocean Grove.

Police are continuing to search the waters near Buckley Park Beach on Tuesday, after the woman was reported missing on Monday evening.

The woman is believed to have entered the water at about 5.30pm on Monday.

Water Police and the Air Wing were called in to assist local officers as the search operation continued into Tuesday.

Both teams are part of Victoria Police’s Specialist Response Division and provide support for search and rescue missions.
