Shaynna Blaze stars at St Leonards clubhouse launch

NOTED interior designer and The Block judge Shaynna Blaze visited the Bellarine on Saturday to help celebrate the opening of the new clubhouse at Lifestyle Communities St Leonards.

Open to the public, the launch was a hub of activity and smiling faces with visitors from near and far stopping by.

Lifestyle Communities presented activities for guests both young and old throughout the day including children’s face painting, a caricaturist and a gourmet grazing table.

The event drew a crowd of about 300 people, including homeowners, deposit holders/soon-to-be homeowners, project partners, team members, locals, and people considering making a move to Lifestyle Communities.

The day’s highlight was the “In Conversation” event with Ms Blaze and Lifestyle Communities’ executive general manager of design and construction Fiona Lloyd.

Taking place in the clubhouse, the chat presented valuable insights from some of the best in the industry on the importance of creating an entertainment-friendly space, clever design and its inspiration, along with the influence of colour and texture.

Afterwards, the audience had the chance to have a chat and take a selfie with the Channel 9 star.

“We love seeing Shaynna here at Lifestyle Communities, she truly embodies our value of placing community at the heart of everything we do,” Ms Lloyd said.

“Not only is that clear at events such as this, but also beautifully reflected in her understanding and appreciation of the clubhouses we create.

“The spaces are designed to foster a sense of connection, and there’s no better way to do that than by letting the community come and connect with Shaynna face to face.”

Features of the clubhouse at Lifestyle Communities St Leonards include a 25m heated indoor/outdoor pool, a gym, reformer Pilates studio with regular instructor lead sessions, a golf simulator, an indoor and outdoor cinema, and a modern communal dining and lounge area.
