Show you care for the earth at new festival

OUR Lady Star of the Sea Ocean Grove will host a new twilight community event – Earth Fest – in Ocean Grove Park tomorrow (Friday) between 4pm and 8.30pm.

The event will feature live music, amazing art, community and environment groups, food stalls and lots of live music, including headline act, The Formidable Vegetable Sound System.

Event-goers are asked to bring their own plates, cups and utensils and volunteers/staff will provide the food, food scrap bins and wash stations – the aim is to make it a waste free-event with a bit of effort from everyone.

All sorts of food and drinks will be available, with prices varying from $3-$10.50.

People with their own plates, bowls, cups and utensils get 50 cents off their purchase.
