Spooktacular Carnival boasts all things scary
SNAKES, spiders, an electric chair, gravestones and lots of lollies – a Spooktacular Halloween Carnival in Leopold had it all at the weekend.
Leopold local Stacey Smith organised the event at her family home on Sunday afternoon to help raise funds for her daughter Mackayla’s assistance dog Louie.
Mackayla has been diagnosised with Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Pica and severe anxiety but she loves Halloween and dressing up to get lollies.
The carnival featured snakes, red-back spiders, face painting, lots of scary props and games.
Stacey said while everyone had a fantastic time, unfortunately the fundraiser didn’t make enough money to cover costs.
