The LifeChanger Foundation works with schools, sporting teams and corporate groups and we ask the same questions. The answers are always simple but too often the same things we neglect, ignore or just forget!
Here’s a gentle reminder… five easy to follow pillars that are a pathway to the “best version of you”.
HEALTH: What are you doing to take care of “you”, both mentally and physically? Move every day, eat well and top up with great fuel, find some space to reflect, unplug and rest.
SELF: You should be your own hero… celebrate your strength, embrace your uniqueness and be aware of your blind spots; we all have them.
SKILLS: Challenge yourself to grow. All the really sweet stuff is “furtherest on the limb”. Be courageous enough to move towards it. You’ll surprise yourself.
PURPOSE: Find what motivates you. The space that when you’re in it, nothing else matters. Remember how it feels!
TRIBE: Connect with your tribe. Your family, friends, mentors, your kids, the neighbour. We are all one small part of something bigger… find your community; it’s there and they need you.
So how are your five pillars looking?
Pick one, focus on it and take a step towards the best version of you… your best life.
