Torquay Medical Hub opening soon

THE Torquay Medical Hub is under construction and is on track to open soon.

Located in the Torquay North industrial estate on a 4000sqm site, the medical facility is located near Aldi, Petstock, FurLife Vet and the Shell service station next to the Surf Coast Highway.

The Torquay Medical Hub brings together a wide range of independent medical businesses and services under one roof – with the common goal of high quality patient health outcomes.

This comprehensive practice facility with 16 consulting rooms, a treatment room and five medical rooms will allow one of the Surf Coast’s most comprehensive GP teams to work in a state-of-the-art building surrounded by the support of many other health disciplines for a truly total patient care experience.

Businesses and services with tenancies so far include Torquay Medical Health and Wellness Clinic, Surf Coast Mind Body and Health, Surf Coast Physiotherapy and Pilates, Flying Start Children’s Therapy, Coastal Compounding and Pharmacy, radiology, pathology, and an on-site cafe.

Among many other businesses located at the Medical Hub, the project has radiology services from Vision Radiology, including ultrasound, X-ray and CT scanning (with a process under way to get MRI as soon as possible), to the greater Surf Coast community.

“We will continually expand our supporting and allied practitioners as independent businesses and will have many specialist services co locating into the hub,” the Torquay Medical Hub team said.
