Trolls kicks off Leopold’s pop-up cinema

A MIX of family favourites and cult classics will be shown at Gateway Plaza Leopold’s free popup outdoor cinema during January and February.

First to be screened on a big inflatable movie screen, complete with complimentary bean bag seating, will be Trolls on Friday January 19.

The Town Square Summer Flicks cinema will then screen Ferris Bueller’s Day Off on January 20, Red Dog 2 on January 26 and Cool Runnings on February 2.

Retailers will also be serving up one-off specials for movie goers, such as Schnitz who will be running a buy-one-get-one-free special, as well as delicious free samples on offer from a variety of food retailers.

The cinema opens from 7.30pm, with the movie beginning as the sun sets (between 8pm – 8.30pm).
