VITALITY Laser and Skin has been operating on the Bellarine for more than two decades, priding itself in delivering the best customer experience.

Led by owner and founder, Annette Harman, the business has a passion for transforming skin, specialising in non-surgical laser and skin treatments.

The clinic is dedicated to providing clients with state-of-the-art technology, procedures and effective home care products for all types of skin.

Ms Harman started her journey as a beauty therapist 30 years ago before opening an at home clinic and as she got busier, moving into a clinic on the Bellarine.

“The aesthetic industry had evolved and was growing rapidly, so as it grew, and I grew and the business grew, we then continually evolved,” she said.

“We’re continually keeping up, keeping ahead of our industry and the aesthetic industry is rapidly moving, we’re always looking at how we can do better.”

Ms Harman said she loves putting a smile on her clients face when they come in unsure of how to treat a skin condition.

“I love building confidence in my client’s skin and transforming skin, that’s such a passion of mine,” she said.

Vitality Laser and Skin is a multi-award-winning clinic, including taking out the Australian Beauty Industry Awards three times, with Ms Harman also winning the prestigious Therapist of the Year Award.

The salon has won a number of awards in the past and has been named a finalist is this year’s Geelong Business Excellence Awards.

Most recently, the team has been named as a finalist in the Geelong Business Excellence Awards (GBEAs) sponsored by LBW Business + Wealth Advisors.

After taking out the award in 2018, Ms Harman said she feels very humbled to be a finalist.

“All of the work you out in everyday and to be recognised is a credit to the team, and at the end of the day, without my team Vitality wouldn’t be where it is today.”

All the staff at Vitality Laser and Skin are general clinicians and tertiary educated, something that’s unregulated in the industry, with beauty therapists also employed for beauty treatments.

Ms Harman believes it’s the businesses expertise, education and advanced technology making them successful.
