Jo Sinclair from Wellness at Barwon Heads incorporates her healing abilities into all her treatments.

THE success of Wellness at Barwon Heads’ first Weekend of Wellness has encouraged its owners to organise another one.

Jan Krygger and Jo Sinclair, who opened their holistic space at 1/41 Hitchcock Avenue last October, will hold a Winter Retreat in Jan Juc on July 13 and 14.

A group of only six women will stay at “The Summer House” for the weekend, and focus on spiritual healing, meditation, yoga and women’s circle workshops.

The first Weekend of Wellness was held in Wallington last month, and has received rave reviews.

“Congratulations Jo and Jan for your inaugural Wellness Retreat and to Helen for welcoming us into your glorious home,” one attendee said.

“Our ‘tribe’ were blessed by your amazing contributors who walked us though our individual journeys.

“Liz shared her personal breakthrough story that touched and inspired us all before leading us in mediation finished with a freeing dance – what a beautiful energy she is.

“The lovely Louise hosted our tarot and tea session, which was enlightening, thoughtful and funny.

“Thank you to my fellow ‘tribe’ ladies – your honesty, compassion, bravery and humour has touched me and I will be forever grateful – I wish you all strength and love as you move forward on your individual journeys. Namaste.”

Wellness in Barwon Heads offers a beautiful energy filled space and also homes for “The Krygger Technique” – Jan has become well known for her healing abilities.

Jan is an “empath, with both clairsentience and claircognizance (feeling and knowing) abilities”, she has trained in many different modalities and is always willing to learn and is open to universal lessons and guidance.

Jan has helped many clients with fertility issues, and fears such as lifestyle, loneliness relationships and addictions.

Wellness has created a safe, beautiful space where Jan, and also Jo or Anita, can look after their clients with a hot stone or relaxation massage, hydrating facials, manicures and pedicures in fabulous “pedi chairs”.

All three of the women incorporate their healing abilities into all their treatments.
