Mental fitness is crucial for a healthy life. Managing stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges is critical. Breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and encouraging individuals to seek help when needed is a key to good health.
- Social wellbeing
A healthy life is deeply connected
to social relationships and community engagement. Social interaction through community events, volunteer programs, and support networks helps build strong, supportive communities enhancing emotional resilience and provides a sense of belonging, which is vital for overall wellbeing.
