Wine brings out the inner Picasso at Leura

LEURA Park Estate launched its Paint & Sip Art Classes last week, with 16 participants bringing out their inner Picasso over a few glasses of wine.

Acclaimed local artist Jacki Burke gave painting instructions during the night that also included wine tastings, canapes and cheese.

Leura Park Estate owner Lyndsay Sharp described the inaugural Paint & Sip Art Class as “awesome” and said there was lots of fun, laughter and everyone got to take home their very own masterpiece.

Mrs Sharp said participants enjoyed a relaxed and friendly class environment, where they could bring along photo inspiration or else choose from a range of photos as their “muse”.

She said the classes were capped at 16 people to ensure personal attention throughout the night from the instructor.

More Paint & Sip Art Classes will be held on Friday July 27 and Friday August 10 (with future dates to be announced).
