Witnesses sought after man found dead in Lara

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was found dead in Lara last night.

The man, who has not yet been identified, was found on Bacchus Marsh Road shortly after 11pm.

Police believe he was struck by a vehicle which fled the scene, and the circumstances of the incident are under investigation.
