Work starts on Ocean Grove surf complex

WORKS on the new Surf Beach Complex at Ocean Grove Main Beach are expected to start this week.
The Ocean Grove Surf Life Saving Club’s former building was demolished in May, followed by site preparation and a pop-up restaurant venue in operation during the build.
An observation tower to enable the OGSLC to perform their beach safety functions will be built ready for use by summer.
When completed, the complex will consist of a restaurant venue and will also be the home of the Ocean Grove Surf Life Saving Club.
The estimated completion time for the new complex is April 2019.
