THE Friends of Ocean Grove Nature Reserve have hailed the start of works to improve the reserve’s parking, visitor information and access.

The upgrades are being funded by $245,000 from the Victorian government.

Following community consultation and feedback on the original design, Parks Victoria reassessed the scope of the proposed upgrade and discussed options with the Friends of Ocean Grove Nature Reserve, who agreed to an amended proposal for the upgrades.
