WSL thanks partners for event success

THE World Surf League thanked local, national and global event partners at a special function to celebrate the organisations’ involvement in the 60th anniversary of the iconic Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach.

More than 80 sponsors and supporters attended the Bonsoy VIP Deck at the Rip Curl Pro site for the WSL event which included a Q and A session with world champions Mark Occhilupo, Tom Curren and Wayne ‘Rabbit’ Bartholemew.

Hosted by World Surf League commentator Ronnie Blakey, the surfing body and general manager of Australia and Oceania, Andrew Stark, the pair expressed gratitude to all involved for making the event the world-class experience it is today.
