Michael Ferris first found his passion for real estate back in 2009 when he started selling premium homes in Lorne.

Energetic and ambitious, Michael soon sought to open his own office in Torquay. In 2012 this dream came true as the owner of Whitford Torquay.

Rebranding under Cyan Property in 2016, Michael’s business interests and clients led him to land subdivision sales and development advisory.

Ferris Gold was born in 2019. Michael Ferris and Eliza Gold’s passion for property and the desire to offer a boutique agency to the Surf Coast inspired the fresh, elegant brand with a focus on client service and innovative marketing.
