Ample breaks ground in Leopold
Ample has broken ground at its boutique 96-lot residential development Allure Leopold, which overlooks Lake Connewarre and the Geelong skyline.
The first major land release in Leopold for the past three years, Allure has sold exceptionally well with 94 of 96 allotments sold prior to construction, with incredible interest from existing Leopold residents
Local contractor Civil Force have been engaged for the civil works, and although only a few weeks in, are progressing well
Developers Ample have been committed in using local consultants for all the lead in works.
“We’ve worked really hard over the past few years to cement quality relationships with local contractors such as St Quentin Consulting and Tract Geelong,” an Ample representative said.
“We value team work, and everyone in the team values what they do and this is evident in the product we create.”
The estate features larger than average allotments and features a one hectare local park with play and barbeque facilities, as well as one of Ample’s signature linear greenways.
“We feel strongly that it is our role to craft proud and healthy communities with liveable amenity for people to enjoy.”
Ample worked with Leopold Primary to have their grade 4 children name the future street names.
A programme which was successfully first unrolled at Ample’s Hinterland development where the children of Moriac Primary School named the roadways.
“Many families who have purchased land in our Allure Leopold estate have children in Leopold Primary School so working with the kids to name the streets was a logical step towards crafting a proud and healthy community.”
Allure Leopold is on track for completion in late 2020 and will provide a brand new healthy and connected Leopold community.
