Coastyle Building Solutions is a finalist in the 2018 HIA Australian Professional Small Builder of the Year, which will be presented in May this year.

The business recently won the 2017 HIA Victorian Professional Small Builder/Renovator of the Year, and won two housing awards from HIA in 2016 – The Victorian Professional Small Builder of the Year and The Victorian Renovation/Addition of the Year ($500,001-$700,000) for the renovation of the Historical Post Office in St Leonards.

John won Apprentice of the Year nearly 40 years ago and has worked hard to create a local business that focuses on workmanship and attention to detail.

“We specialise in custom builds, double- and single-storey extensions, alterations and renovations and love to create outdoor living areas,” he said.

“We manage the design and preparation stage of the project, offering experience in design and construction input from a builder’s perspective.
