Construction on Ashbury’s first homes set to commence

With titles issued for Stage 1 to 3, the first homes at Ashbury Estate are about to come out of the ground.

ASHBURY Estate at Armstrong Creek is delighted to announce that purchasers of land in Stages 1, 2 and 3 received their titles recently.

The issuing of titles marks a huge milestone for the estate with construction of Ashbury’s first homes about to start, and buyers who purchased in Stages 4 to 7 can expect to receive their titles by the middle of this year.

Since sales first started mid-way through 2015, Ashbury has been undeniably popular with families looking to make a move to the booming Geelong region.
