Custom homes and community connections with MJS Built

MJS Built has been servicing the Geelong, Bellarine and Surf Coast Communities for the past five years.

MJS Built’s Phelan Street property was awarded the best custom home between $500,000 and $600,000.

With a modern Scandinavian barn style brief, the house features a double reclaimed brick wall, drawing attention to the central courtyard.

On the inside, owners Hannah and Elmir introduced plenty of colour throughout and achieved a modern ’70s feel in the wet areas with the use of curved grain timer cabinetry, colourful tiles and fluted glass.

MJS Built also received the Western Region Special Commendations in the $1 million to $2 million range category for their Sunset Strip house.

The modern urban style build maximises the eastern morning view over Collendina towards Point Lonsdale, featuring an immediate wow factor with a double height reclaimed brick wall over the concrete entry stairs.

Mr Stanley has a range of knowledge in commercial construction with close to 15 years of experience and has confidence in the worrying market as his company continues to grow.

“We have worked hard over the past five years to establish a loyal team of local trades and suppliers that help us deliver beautiful homes with high quality,” he said.
