Ex-AFL gun wins bid for promising Jan Juc home
Former Essendon and Fremantle AFL player Adam McPhee has won the race for a primely positioned Jan Juc property that is set to become a family renovation project.
McPhee and his partner Rebeccah Vivian were the successful bidders for the auction of 236 Duffields Road, Jan Juc on the weekend, securing the home for $1.105 million.
Auctioneer and Belle Property principal Peter Julian enticed $10,000 increments from two buyers following a slow start to the sale, with the pair eventually celebrating following a sealing $5,000 bid.
Belle Torquay senior sale agent David Sprague assisted with the sale.
