“This was the exceptional result that the property deserved.

We had formed a strong relationship with the vendors over time to get the property, the process and the campaign just right to allow for this to occur.

Both our vendors and the buyers are delighted,” Mr Maher said.

“This sale indicates that despite the cautious sentiment at present, there are still buyers with capability looking for the right opportunity.

They are generally incredibly fussy though and you need to build confidence from the outset so that they are comfortable to proceed.”
