Eye-catching designs lead way at new Lara estate

Leading homebuilder Metricon is throwing open the doors of its latest award-winning display homes at Lara.

The builder has set up shop at the Austin display village at west Lara, north of the golf course, to showcase a range of construction options for the coming residents of the new development.

The collection is led by the Merricks 37 design, which the estate developer named its display home of choice late last year.

Merricks 37 is a two-storey residence that includes five bedrooms, entertaining areas, a private study, expansive sitting room and upstairs living room, all behind a Metricon Nordic façade.

Also at the Austin Estate display centre are Metricon’s single-storey, four-bedroom Avery 27 described as “an entertainer’s delight; the four-bedroom Avanti 29 designed to suit corner blocks; and the Delta 26MR, a four-bedroom home that is one of the builder’s best sellers nationally.

The displays are open to view each day from 11am-5pm at 21 Gascoyne Court, Lara.
