Michael Ferris said well-presented, right-priced properties are in high demand, offering sellers the chance to capitalise on this vibrant spring season.

AS spring breathes new life into the Torquay and Surf Coast property market, there’s an exciting buzz in the air.

Michael Ferris of Ferris Property said there had been an uptake of interest in the local property market as the apprehension over a possible interest rate rise diminishes.

Having sold hundreds of homes over 15 years and led large-scale land subdivision projects, he has seen the region evolve and grow first-hand.

“Real estate has always been more than just a business to me, it’s about people, relationships, and the community,” Mr Ferris said.

“Many of my closest friends today started as clients, and over time, they’ve become like family.”

Throughout his career, Mr Ferris said he had navigated personal and professional challenges, including family breakdowns and business partnerships.

Despite fluctuations in the market, Mr Ferris said property would always be a good investment in the long term.
