First Warralily Grange residents move in

October 29, 2020 BY

Warralily Grange has welcomed its first residents that include Rob and Neryl Chambers who are originally from Melbourne.

Warralily estate’s newest neighbourhood, Warralily Grange, has welcomed its first residents. Among them, Rob and Neryl Chambers, originally from Melbourne, are both ‘rapt’ to have put their roots down at Warralily Grange.

“It all works for us, everything is close by, the traffic is great, the beach is just ten minutes away and we have easy access back to Melbourne to see family and friends when we can,” Rob says.

“Neryl’s parents also live at Warralily, and it’s wonderful to be able to support each other and for our children to have grandparents nearby.

“The emerging Town Centre is exciting – all the infrastructure we need is here or going to be here in the future, it’s all great for capital growth too.”

Grange sees the well-established Warralily community extend west across the Surf Coast Highway to prestigious Mount Duneed.

As such, Grange will be the most premium location in the growth corridor, offering the opportunity for sprawling panoramic views, a village lifestyle and ready access to the Surf Coast, as well as the nearby Geelong CBD.

Commuters are also close to the Geelong Ring Road and Waurn Ponds train station.

With emphasis on convenience and lifestyle, Grange is located close to the recently opened Armstrong Creek Town Centre on the Surf Coast Highway and just minutes from the popular Village Warralily shopping centre and the community, sports and education hub at Armstrong Creek.

Village Warralily includes a full-range Woolworths supermarket supported by retail and food outlets, medical and dental clinics, a chemist, gym and more. Alongside, a McDonalds restaurant and 7-Eleven provide convenience and local job opportunities.

“We love being in our new home,” says Rob.

“Our block is on a corner and slightly elevated giving us views over the trees and northerly sun, it feels great living in a house with so much natural light.”

New residents can look forward to a future P-6 school, local shops, district ovals and three parks in their neighbourhood, as well as the transformation of Whites Road into an elegant tree-lined entrance accommodating bike paths and public transport.

Mount Duneed Primary School and Geelong Lutheran College are also on their doorstep.

Warralily Estate Manager Anna Kichakov said that it’s exciting to see the beginning of a new community at Warralily Grange.

“We work closely with clients and it’s rewarding to see their dream lifestyle come to fruition,” Anna said.

“It will be an impressive neighbourhood that capitalises on Mount Duneed’s elevated position.

“We are currently selling the first 29 of the 83-lot Stage 19, which is the first stage on the north side of Whites Road incorporating future creek frontages.

“We have a further 7 stages to release, including the popular Hillside release, which will offer splendid views.”

Grange has caught the eye of locals and Melbourne-based buyers drawn to Geelong for its relaxed coastal lifestyle and affordability.

The $20,000 regional first homebuyers grant is another significant drawcard driving sales.

To date, 336 lots have been sold at Grange, with seven stages now settled and residents moving into stages 1, 2, 3 and 5.
