ICD Property and joint-venture partner Supalai are developing a modern 1000-lot residential estate in the Geelong region.

Located just an eight-minute drive from the district’s CBD and 15 minutes to Eastern Beach, Gen Fyansford will offer the best of many worlds – proximity to a thriving metropolis and quaint township as well as a scenic river and the coast.

The development is aimed at a range of buyers, from treechangers and commuters to upgraders and first-timers.

ICD Property development manager Bobby Kennedy said the Fyansford community offered a variety of block types and housing styles to suit a range of lifestyles.

“We have lots alongside the Moorabool River, abutting parklands, up high on escarpments, or within private court bowls,” Mr Kennedy said.

“Modern townhouse products with views will also be available in the future.”

Upon completion, the Gen Fyansford community is expected to comprise around 1,000 lots, depending on final planning approval, and will be home to about 3000 people.

“This is an exciting move for us, new homes are also being constructed within the earlier stages of the Riverside release, with many completed and residents moving in,” Mr Kennedy said.

Additionally, the area surrounding the Moorabool River is in the process of being rejuvenated and will feature extensive parklands.

“These will include walking and bicycle paths, multiple playgrounds, barbecue areas and exercise stations,” Mr Kennedy said.

In the recent Eden and Grace Releases, this area will also comprise extensive parklands, a future lake, and other community facilities.
