Help plan a spectacular Christmas at Warralily

July 25, 2018 BY

For a dedicated group of Warralily residents, July signifies the start of planning to bring a spectacular Christmas event to more than 6,000 locals from the growing Armstrong Creek area and surrounds.

The event includes Christmas carols and school performances, the popular Warralily Market, food trucks, free activities for children and more.

The Christmas Spectacular is a community-run event, and organisers are calling on sponsors, supporters and volunteers to help make this year more festive than ever.

The Armstrong Creek Community Group invites local businesses, clubs, stall holders and individuals to an information night tonight to hear about the benefits of being involved.

There’s a range of sponsorship packages from in-kind support to naming rights for the main stage, the big screen, event tents and more. There’s also the opportunity for sports groups to provide free activities to help raise awareness and increase membership.

Being a volunteer is a great way to get into the Christmas spirit and create local connections. More than 50 volunteers are needed for planning and on-the-day roles – no experience required.

Join the team for some Christmas in July cheer at The Coast Community Lounge, 6 Anglet Way, Armstrong Creek tonight (Thursday July 26) at 6.30pm.
