Hoylake gateway property sells

HAYDEN Real Estate’s auction of 1 Hoylake Ave Jan Juc on Saturday saw a huge turnout interested to see what this latest Jan Juc offering fetched.

Auctioneer Wayne Mackay from Hayden Real Estate opened the bidding at $600,000 and fierce bidding from several buyers soon saw the property declared “on the market” with the hammer falling to the successful bidder for $680,000.

Sales consultant Mick Nemeth who ran the campaign, said that interest in this property was high as soon as it hit the market.

“We averaged 12 groups through each of the opens which is very high numbers,” Mr Nemeth said.

“Five separate bidders on the day reflects the high demand for Jan Juc properties and with stock remaining low, there is no shortage of buyers for Jan Juc.”
