Way at 34 Grossmans Road Torquay, went to auction last Friday at Peppers Resort in The Sands with around 30 people in attendance.

“There was bidding on the first four allotments out of the seven with one selling under the hammer for $371,000 and another sale being finalised straight after the auction.

“We are currently working on the sale of another two allotments so there is still the opportunity to purchase a block if you are interested.
