The Green Winchelsea is rapidly shifting from a subdivision to a vibrant community with stages one to six now sold out, and residents in stage one and stage two now enjoying life at The Green with housing construction nearing completion.

Excited stage 5 purchaser Anna Davey said that she had spent a lot of time researching local areas to purchase land but kept coming back to The Green and its country charm.
