Metricon celebrates Diwali with cultural showcase
METRICON hosted a Diwali celebration at its show stopping Doulton 56 display home last month, bringing together more than 80 VIP guests and community members for an evening of festivity, flavour and cultural connection.
The event featured MasterChef Australia 2021 winner Justin Narayan as special guest, who led an interactive cooking masterclass featuring his favourite Indian dishes.
Guests enjoyed an evening celebrating the Festival of Lights, with highlights including Bollywood dance performances, henna artistry, Diwali-inspired crafts for children and traditional Indian hospitality.
Set against the backdrop of the luxurious two-storey, five-bedroom Doulton 56, the event reflected Metricon’s ongoing commitment to cultural inclusion and community connection.

Metricon general manager of sales and marketing, Drew Glascott, said the event was a meaningful way to celebrate cultural diversity at one of Metricon’s most impressive homes.
“Diwali is such a joyful celebration of light, love and togetherness, and we’re proud to open our doors to celebrate that spirit with our community,” Mr Glascott said.
“Events like this highlight Metricon’s passion for creating homes that bring people together; places where culture, connection and celebration can thrive.”
