Metricon, Geelong’s leading and regional Victoria’s most-awarded builder, has unveiled a new Bohemian 29 home, now on display at the QUAY2 Estate in Torquay.

The Bohemian 29 is one of Metricon’s most sought-after single-storey designs.

The Torquay display home features the Harper Façade for a contemporary, designer look.

Its arrival is a welcome addition to the area for those looking for stylish homes in the fast-growing coastal town.

Metricon region manager Simon Taylor said that the Bohemian 29 is an exciting new addition to the Torquay market.

“Designed with families and couples front of mind, the Bohemian 29 is a favourite design of Metricon customers in regional Victoria,” Mr Taylor said.

“It is designed to offer the best in living without breaking the bank.

“With more families drawn to coastal living, we are pleased to be able to offer this home, which features generous living and entertaining spaces and an impressive outdoor room.

“It is a home sure to make an impression on those who love to entertain.

“The Bohemian also boasts a master suite that is positioned to the front of the home allowing for true privacy and seclusion, when the party is over.”

The interiors of the Torquay Bohemian 29 draw inspiration from Metricon’s Resort LookBook theme.

The home features walnut timbers teamed with warm greys and highlighted with small punches of black.

Tinted mirrored surfaces and stained chestnut cladding give the home a sense of moodiness, offset by whites in the soft furnishings.

Furnishings include a selection of eclectic coastal and resort pieces with the colour scheme reflecting soothing neutral sands, sun-bleached shades of grey and sea greens, all found in the natural environment nearby.

The use of velvets and linens gives the home a sense of luxe. A beautiful light, bright and contemporary look has been created with retro pieces and coloured accents bringing personality and fun to the home.

“A favourite aspect of this home is that buyers can enjoy four bedrooms and two bathrooms that flow effortlessly into the integrated sitting, kitchen and dining zones, for a very competitive price point,” Mr Taylor
said.
