More commercial auctions set for busy Geelong precincts
A city centre retail store and Newtown industrial complex will each be going under the hammer later this month.
Colliers Geelong is presenting 69 and 69A Gheringhap Street, which is presently home to Foodworks and Ingpen & Bent Lawyers on stable leases.
The 533sqm property is at the corner of Little Ryrie Street, opposite the under-construction Quest apartments in an attractive growth corridor for the booming Geelong CBD.
Meanwhile, Darcy Jarman Geelong is managing the sale of two industrial sites at 10 and 12 Riversdale Road, Newtown.
Agents are open to inquiries about the neighbouring properties, which are 604sqm and 640sqm, either separately or as one sale.
The sites are largely undeveloped, presently hosting small sheds, and are offered as vacant possession.
The properties back onto Frier Reserve off West Fyans Street in a south Newtown area that is becoming increasingly popular for small-scale business developments.
Both properties are due to sell at auctions that are happening at the properties’ respective sites on March 24 at noon.
