Gen Fyansford will release more lots in Pinnacle Newtown amongst other stages in order to deliver a mix of high-end and affordable purchase options.

Developers ICD Property and Supalai look forward to releasing more lots in Gen Fyansford’s premium Pinnacle Newtown stage this year, following the successful sale of lots in 2018.

November 2018 saw the first four lots of Gen Fyansford’s premium offering come to market with an auction where two lots sold for $900,000 and $875,000 each.
