More stages to title at the green

Stage three and four purchasers at The Green Winchelsea are getting excited and eager to build, with titles for both Stages expected to beissued next month.

The Fisers family, who are enjoying life in stage one, said that their initial attraction to Winchelsea was the quarter acre blocks available at The Green for a very affordable $160,000.

“The double lane highway built from Geelong and now extending to Colac definitely further pricked our interest,” they said.

“This quiet little town has V-Line train services and direct buses to Geelong for our son to finish high school.

“Megan Rovers of Armstrong Real Estate was terrific in helping us purchase land at The Green.

“I drove her mad with countless phone calls trying to ensure we made the right decision in leaving Geelong and she was fantastic in keeping us up to date on news from the developers.

“We are rapt to have made the move to Winchelsea and have recently purchased a second block at The Green for investment purposes.

The Green is currently reconfiguring future stages before a final land release consisting of larger 2000sqm allotments.

The certification progress for Stages three and four is progressing well, with both stages estimated to title in mid- September.

Stage five construction will recommence in a couple of weeks with titles expected February/March 2019 and stage six construction is still planned to start in September.
