The $55 million project, by Empire Property Builders, will offer a vibrant town hub in the heart of the Villawood Properties’ Armstrong community.

Mount Duneed Village at Armstrong is a step closer with imagery just released revealing the development as a sophisticated, contemporary design which blends community retail and townhome living.

The $55 million project, by Empire Property Builders, will offer a vibrant town hub in the heart of the Villawood Properties’ Armstrong community.

Anchored by a Champions IGA mart, the tree-lined centre will also host a dining promenade with trendy eateries and cafes as well as a medical/chemist centre, childcare, swim school and a town square.

Set for construction from Christmas, the project will be a vital part of a dynamic and exciting central Armstrong precinct with its proximity to Club Armstrong, the Bunjil’s Nest adventure park, Mirripoa Primary School, a new council community centre, and walkways and tracks along Armstrong Creek.

Villawood’s Armstrong Mount Duneed, a dual UDIA Masterplanned and Community Engagement-Award winner, is a $1 billion 3000-lot project with buyers rushing to seize lots as the Geelong region experiences powerful demand.

The latest artist’s renders of the Mount Duneed Village show sleek, green, glass features and fixtures with planters, pergolas and multiple social, retail and health amenities within walking range of adjoining homes.

The village will be built on a 2.6-hectare site at the corner of Unity and Sovereign drives, generating an average 60 jobs a day during construction.

Once operational, the shopping centre will provide around 80 jobs.
