One of Point Lonsdale’s most prestigious addresses is on the market ahead of a sale that is set to rank as one of the suburb’s most expensive ever.

1 Elizabeth Street, Point Lonsdale is a project from notable local prestige home builder David McDonald, and promises luxury living at the edge of the Bellarine coast.

The spacious, two-storey home is just one door away from Point Lonsdale Front Beach and blends seamlessly into its coastal landscape while retaining indulgent features.

The ground level includes three bedroom including one guest room with walk-in robe and ensuite, a fifth bedroom/study, main bathroom, laundry, timber decks and garage with workshop.

Upstairs in the main living area that includes a kitchen with butler’s pantry, and open-plan dining and living area leading out to an ocean-facing balcony.

A main bedroom with walk-in robe, ensuite and private balcony completes the upstairs area.

Kerleys Coastal Real Estate is selling this property by expressions of interest, which close on February 22.

Its expected price range is between $5.5 million and $5.75 million.

If reached, the sum would fall just short of the existing house record of more than $6 million, which Kerleys sealed for 145 Point Lonsdale Road in February 2021.
