REIV market snapshot

A clearance rate of 92 per cent was recorded this week compared to 92 per cent last week. There were 560 auctions reported to the REIV, with 514 selling and 46 being passed in, 16 of those on a vendor bid.

Rowville already broke its record for the highest annual number of auction sales with 135 homes sold under hammer while there are still three months left until the end of 2021.
