REIV market snapshot

A clearance rate of 65 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 59 per cent last week and 65 per cent this same week last year.

There were 285 auctions reported to the REIV, with 184 selling and 101 being passed in, 52 of those on a vendor bid.

Caulfield South is the top growth suburb for 2019 with 44 homes sold via auction so far this year, up from 29 auction sales for the same period in 2018.
