Sanctuary tree-change unfolds at Armstrong

November 15, 2017 BY

A TREE-CHANGE is unfolding rapidly at Villawood Properties Armstrong Mount Duneed Sanctuary, with stage five of the precinct released over the weekend.

The new release coincides with a strong surge in sales and buyer enquiries.

Tagged as the best-kept secret at Armstrong, Sanctuary is a quiet, green enclave closely connected to the attractive Armstrong Creek and its myriad floral and fauna assets.

The 394-lot Sanctuary precinct is sited on Burvilles road, with ready access to important amenities including schools, shopping village and recreation facilities, as well as the beaches and towns of the Surf Coast.

Sanctuary has enjoyed strong sales to date, bolstered by Villawood’s other offerings, by first-home-buyer concessions and by heightened demand.

Villawood executive director rory Costelloe last week told the Urban Development Institute of Australia a “sense of urgency” among homebuyers was now driving the Armstrong market.

The September quarter saw Villawood’s Armstrong Mount Duneed sales soar, more than double the September quarter last year and 50 per cent up on June quarter figures.

Sanctuary is enjoying similar popularity, with September deposits almost doubled those of the month before.

“Sanctuary is a quiet and attractive enclave,” Villawood Properties executive director rory Costelloe said.

“There’s no through traffic from the west, there’s the creek to the south and people living there in the future will enjoy a quiet lifestyle.”

The Sanctuary tree-change is also being driven by the fact its stages one and 1A titles are now ready, and set to build on.

Stages two and three are presently under construction.
