Seachangers secure Ocean Grove oasis

2-6 Cantal Court Ocean Grove sold at auction on Saturday for $1.107 million.

RT EDGAR Bellarine’s auction of 2-6 Cantal Court Ocean Grove over the weekend attracted a crowd of more than 50 people, who looked on as the auction was kicked off with a first bid of $1,000,000.

Following 20 more bids, the hammer came down at $1,107,000 to Melbourne-based buyers already familiar with the area, who will now make the permanent seachange to Ocean Grove with this purchase of their ideal oasis.
