Sinclair’s Building Concepts on a winner

Local Torquay-based builder Sinclair’s Building Concepts received their first award at the recent Regional Building Awards for their Torquay display home “Skye”, which was their first ever award entry.

Sinclair’s Building Concepts, which also trades as Sinclair Homes, is a local construction company specialising in custom homes that are known for never compromising on quality, using only the best local trades and suppliers to produce spectacular finishes through an easy build process.

MBAV Judges noted that director Aaron Sinclair exhibits attributes of an “old school builder in a young man’s body”.

“We wanted to nominate him for young builder of the year, but they don’t have a category for this in our region,” the judges said.

Aaron has been working in the building industry all of his working life and after receiving his builders registration in 2012, has never looked back, gaining a great reputation in the field.

“This award is great recognition for the business and an honour for me and our team,” Aaron said.

“We are also over the moon that our first ever entry into these awards came up a winner.

“We pride ourselves on our workmanship and attention to detail, which makes us an easy choice for those looking to build their dream home.”

Aaron is a family man with three young girls who he says all of his hard work is for, with the promise that they will be also hard workers one day. Sinclair’s Building Concepts is a small but dedicated team consisting of Aaron and Katie along with two main tradesmen and two apprentices who have been individually chosen for their exceptional skills that best complement the business’ core values.

Their new display home, the Adeline, is opening in Quay 2 on Rosser Boulevard early August.

With a style featuring old fashioned recycled redbrick that meets modern crisp white weatherboards, this is a home that will never date.
