Spring launch for Blvd release three

November 8, 2017 BY

A spring release has been slated for the next round of auctions at the highly coveted Blvd Torquay community, with three more exclusive lots set to go under the hammer on November 17.

After an overwhelming response to the initial two land releases, those who missed out will now get another chance to secure their dream lot.

Property Exchange Group managing director and selling agent Alex Lyons said that the first two stages had attracted an enormous amount of interest with a diverse spread of buyers.

“Quite a few purchasers are originally from the region but due to family or work commitments have overlooked the chance to move back to the coast.

“They’ve been drawn to Blvd Torquay for its exclusiveness and a genuine, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build their forever home.

“Aside from its exclusivity, Blvd Torquay is located at one of the region’s most iconic properties nestled at the highest point in the township, overlooking Jan Juc and the coastline; you can’t ask for a better address.

“Blvd Torquay is the epitome of true coasting living, offering a lifestyle that is relaxed, drenched in surfing history and coastal culture, while still being connected to first-class education, health, transport, amenities and employment opportunities, all within close proximity to Geelong and Melbourne.”

The incredible combination of an iconic Torquay location, magnificent ocean views and acreage lifestyle blocks, the third stage of just three exclusive lots is set to go under the hammer on November 17 at 7pm at Bellbrae Estate.

Blvd Torquay is situated on the heritage listed Great Ocean Road at the gateway to the world-famous Bells Beach coastal reserve.

Each stage release offers a diverse lot mix with varying view opportunities, size and location.

Potential purchasers can take advantage of the magnificent ocean views from a 7.5-metre-high viewing platform on each lot available in each release.

A total of 15 premium acreage allotments will be auctioned over five stages.

Site tours will resume every Saturday from October 14, between 11am-1pm.
