Stage nine of Bisinella’s Baywater Estate now selling

LOTS in stage nine of Bisinella Developments’ Baywater Estate in Curlewis are now available.

Situated on the northern shores of the Bellarine Peninsula, Baywater Estate is the only waterfront residential land for sale anywhere on the Bellarine.

Stage nine features 32 lots, which range in size from 445sqm to 581sqm and are located on the north-west side of Baywater Estate.

Boasting an elevated position overlooking stages one, two and three, this most recent stage provides excellent views to the north, including the water.

There are 225 lots that have been built on or that have homes under construction on them in Baywater Estate, with all lots in the estate only a short walk from the beach.
