Warralily enjoys end of financial year bonanza

July 18, 2018 BY

The Warralily sales team of Mel Ramos, Anna Kichakov and Ben Stewart have been inundated with land enquiries and sales in the run up to the end of the financial year and into the new one.

WARRALILY continued to be a hit with purchasers right up to the end of the financial year with the incredible demand showing no sign of easing throughout this financial year.

All records were broken at June 30 with 555 net sales for the financial year, according to Warralily estate manager Ben Stewart.

“We have sold over 165 lots in The Grange release alone since the 1st stage was released on the 24th of February.

“We are now up to stage 4 of The Grange Estate with 90 per cent of this stage sold already with stage five to be released at the end of July

“We have also just released the last Warralily Coast stage which has seen exceptional demand as new home owners look to make Warralily home.

“Warralily Central only has two lots remaining until sold out, and Springs only has one lot left.”

This boost in sales activity comes off the back of Warralily’s eighth year celebration as an exemplar of best-practice urban development, sales leader of the buoyant Geelong property market and the region’s most awarded urban community.

The burgeoning new Warralily community is now approaching 7,000 residents with more than 2,200 homes completed and a further 16 stages under construction, along with 40 hectares of creek landscaping, playgrounds and conservation areas completed.

“Warralily has consistently rated as Geelong’s top estate for land sales with 3,000 lots or more than 60 per cent of the site sold since launch,” Mr Stewart said.

“What has been immensely gratifying is seeing our original residents repurchasing, within the estate they love and at the prestigious Grange and Springs land releases, due to the outstanding capital growth they have achieved over the past couple of years.”
