Your chance to be part of the Hinterland dream

April 11, 2018 BY

Richardson Real Estate director Will Richardson said that the demand for lots in the Hinterland Estate has been strong since day one

With demand for larger lifestyle lots in our region now at exceptional levels, Ample, the developers behind the successful Hinterland Estate in Moriac, have decided to auction their next release, after Stage 3 was sold out in record time.

Only seven premium allotments remain in this boutique estate. Stage 4 will be three allotments sold at auction and this will be one of the last opportunities to secure a house site in Moriac’s newest community, which is so close to the heart of the town.

All Stage 4 allotments are more than 5,300sqm, with selling agents Richardson Real Estate, expecting them to be snapped up quickly given the overwhelming inquiry for these larger lots.

Director Will Richardson said that the demand for lots in the Hinterland Estate had been strong since day one.

“Families are attracted to the lifestyle of larger lots close to the school and general store but without the hassles of living in a busy traffic-laden urban environment,” Mr Richardson said.

“Moriac is a fantastic place to bring up a family in the safety of a small connected community where you are actually part of that community.

“Hinterland also offers room for tradies and self-employed people to park their vehicle and equipment of the street and be closer to home.

“Alternately, those wishing to retire with some room to create wonderful gardens or include a swimming pool, would love what’s on offer at Hinterland.”

Hinterland is the first acreage lifestyle estate to come to market in Moriac in the last 15 years and has been extremely well received by both the local community and families from near and far who will soon call the boutique residential estate home.

The estate is the only one of its kind in the Hinterland region, being just 15 minutes to the Surf Coast and 10 minutes to Waurn Ponds shopping precinct and train station.

In late 2017 Ample negotiated with the Surf Coast Shire to deliver an 850-metre long greenway that will provide a beautifully landscaped, vehicle-free, pedestrian/bike-friendly connection to Moriac’s existing township and community services.

“Ample aims to provide green linear connections in all our communities and Hinterland Moriac will certainly have our largest to date,” the developers said.

“We will be responsible for funding the delivery of the Greenway connection and will continue to maintain it for a further two years after handing it over for community use.

“It forms part of our commitment to crafting proud, connected and healthy communities.”

Civil works are well under way with completion expected later this year.

The sale of Lots 18, 19 and 20 will be sold by auction onsite at 11am Saturday May 5 with inspections by appointment only through Richardson Real Estate.
